Overview
The NBK Rewards Program is Kuwait’s largest loyalty program with more than 500 partner outlets across Kuwait. NBK credit cardholders are guaranteed rewards at hundreds of the best local and international brands that will satisfy their fashion, dining, and lifestyle needs.
When using any of your NBK credit cards (Visa, MasterCard or Diners Club) at participating rewards partner outlets, you are rewarded with up to 20% of the transaction amount in the form of reward points.

Getting NBK Rewards points is easy. All you need to do is use any of your NBK credit cards (Visa, MasterCard or Diners Club) when you shop at any of our participating outlets.
How to earn and redeem NBK reward points.
- Earn 10 reward points for every KD 1 spend at participating partner outlets
- Earn additional reward points during special promotions
- Reward points earned can be exchanged for reward vouchers.
Example
- On spending KD 100 at participating partner outlets, you earn 1,000 reward points which is equivalent to KD 10
- This amount of KD 10 can be exchanged for reward vouchers
- Reward voucher of KD 10 can be used to purchase goods and services for free at any redeeming partner outlet
- Hence, you save KD 10…….

How to check your NBK Rewards points balance
You will receive a detailed quarterly statement with information on the reward points that you have earned on all your NBK credit cards. You can also check the amount of points earned and its equivalent KD value on your Watani Online account.
Ways to redeem your NBK Rewards points - Call Hala Watani on 1801801 and request to have your NBK Rewards points exchanged for vouchers and collect them from your NBK branch
- Or place a ‘voucher issuance request’ through your Watani Online account and collect the vouchers from your NBK branch
- Or visit any NBK branch and request your vouchers, which will be issued instantly
- A minimum of 500 NBK Rewards points (equivalent to KD 5) is required to exchange Reward points into vouchers.
- The Rewards vouchers can be used to make purchases at any of the redeeming partner outlets.

NBK Rewards Program Terms & Conditions
NBK reserves the right to make any changes to the program, including the ways in which points are earned and redeemed, the terms of the program, the expiry of accrued points, the limits to the accumulation of points, to modify or cancel the loyalty program conditions (including the number of points issued for a qualifying purchase), regulations, benefits, conditions of participation, rewards and reward levels in whole or part at any time, even though changes may affect the value of points or rewards already accumulated; all as may be determined by NBK in its sole discretion.
NBK Rewards Loyalty points are not transferable. The Cardholder is prohibited from transferring their points to any other person for the purpose of receiving benefit of another customer’s purchases. The cardholder is also prohibited from transferring in any way whatsoever the benefit of redeeming points accumulated on the account. Only the registered cardholder may redeem points in its KD value equivalent.
Program violations, fraud or abuse in relation to points or reward usage is subject to appropriate administrative and/or legal action by appropriate governmental authorities, including, without limitation, the forfeiture of all point transfers, rewards, vouchers, or merchandise issued pursuant to point redemptions and any accrued points in the customer’s account, as well as cancellation of the customer’s bank account and future participation in the NBK Rewards Program.
Interpretations of program terms & conditions shall be at the sole discretion of NBK. Neither the program nor any benefit offered by the program creates, constitutes or gives rise to any legal or contractual rights by members against National Bank of Kuwait.

- How can I get NBK Rewards Points?
Use your NBK credit card at any of our NBK Rewards partner outlets and earn NBK Rewards Points. For example if you spend KD100 at our partner outlets you will get KD10 worth of NBK Rewards vouchers that can be redeemed at our partner outlets.
- What happens if my credit card is lost or stolen?
Safety of the credit card is the responsibility of the cardholder. If you find that your Card has been lost or stolen, call 1801801 immediately. Our Customer service representatives are available 24/7 for assistance. You can also call (965)22248361 if you are travelling overseas.
- Do I need to activate my credit card on receiving it?
Yes, for security reasons you will need to call 1801 801 to have your credit card activated. This is a simple process and is to ensure the safety of your card.
- What is Concierge Service and how can I access it?
Concierge service is available on the premium credit cards which include Laki Titanium, Platinum, World MasterCard, and Visa Infinite. The concierge service offers a list of services that are designed to assist your busy life such as providing assistance in paying your child's school fees, registering your car or even being dropped off at the airport. To avail the Concierge Service, you will need to call on 22317788. The concierge desk managed by Dnata will be available from 9AM to 7PM everyday except Friday.
- What are the payment options available to settle my credit card dues?
You can opt for a flexible payment by choosing to pay 8.33% of the monthly outstanding balance due or settle it in full. Flexible payment will attract an interest charge.
- Is there an annual fee on NBK credit cards?
All NBK credit cards (primary and add-on) are free for the first year. Annual fees are charged from second year onwards.
